What is my walk of life?  Where am I coming from? Where am I now? Where do I go from here?

Come enjoy an experiential afternoon of poetry and psychodrama with two accomplished practitioners.   We will focus on the paths we have walked and the paths ahead. You will get to know yourself a little better and take gifts of creativity back to your life and work.

Because there is no roadmap, we have to make it up as we go along. And all we have to work with is who we are now. We want to prepare for the unexpected. We want to be wary of the unforeseen peril. And, at the same time, we want to hold our hearts and minds open to all of the possibilities.

We will use poetry and psychodrama to enhance our awareness and deepen our appreciation of our views of aging. These are two experiential methods of self exploration and consolidation which lend themselves to working with aging populations. By engaging multiple systems of awareness and expression, we shift our focus and allow new possibilities to emerge.

  1. Identify the stage of life issues and questions most relevant to you today.
  2. Develop alternate perspectives about unfolding futures.
  3. Name two creative strategies you will apply to your personal or occupational walk of life
